What should I bring to my first session?
For your first session, bring comfortable athletic clothing, sports shoes, and a water bottle. We provide all baseball equipment for trial sessions.
Do you offer coaching for complete beginners?
Absolutely! We welcome players of all skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced competitive players. Our coaches tailor each session to your current skill level and goals.
What age groups do you coach?
We coach all age groups from juniors through to senior adult players. Each age group has specialized programs designed for their developmental stage.
Can I tour the facilities before joining?
Yes! We welcome facility tours. Please contact us to schedule a time to visit and see our training facilities, video analysis suite, and fitness center.
